Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Breakfast has decidedly become my favorite meal of the day. Add chocolate and peanut butter to the mix and I do a little dance as I get out of bed. That being said, I'm not a morning person and the thought of cooking first thing in the morning does not make me happy. Overnight oats are a great, easy way to have a yummy breakfast that's ready to go when you wake up. I add extra peanut butter -because duh - and some fruit and I'm ready to go. Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

1/2 cup gluten free oats
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 tablespoons almond butter
cinnamon to taste
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup almond milk

Mix all of this in a jar the night before and let it sit overnight in the fridge. Enjoy cold or heated up on the stove the next morning.
