Champagne Etoile
Sunday's are for brunching! But sometimes you want to stay in as opposed to going out. If you're looking for an easy, yet elegant cocktail to make brunch feel special, look no further! We made this last Sunday morning and I think it will be showing up regularly on the menu.....enjoy!
Champagne Etoile
Vanilla Syrup: Make a simple syrup by combining 1 cup of water, 3/4 cup agave and 1 vanilla bean (seeds too) in a saucepan. Bring to a boil till the agave has dissolved and the mixture coats the back of a wooden spoon. Let cool to room temperature.
2 shots of bourbon
2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup
Top with Prosecco
Garnish with thin lemon wedge
