Spicy Roasted Chickpeas



I promise, this will be my last healthy food post of the year. Because let's be honest, who wants to be healthy around the holidays? I'm extremely excited to eat pie, drink champagne and indulge in my favorite food ever, gravy! After my Halloween party, I ended up with some leftovers and I hate to waste food, so with the bit of hot sauce I had leftover, I whipped up these fabulously tasty roasted chickpeas on Sunday. Just toss in hot sauce, soy sauce, honey and pepper. Roast on 400 for about 45 minutes and they're done. You can find a ton of different versions on Pinterest, so if these are a bit too spicy for you there are other yummy versions you can try. For me, I don't think I'll ever get on a plane again without this healthy snack. Enjoy!
