Don't get me wrong I love canned tuna and a giant spoonful (three) of Duke's mayo as much as the next girl, but sometimes it's fun to shake things up and try something new. I made this recipe for Tuna and Chickpea Salad recently and it turned out great. I added dill and chives to the herb contingent and it added some great flavor. Spoon a little over some toasted baguette slices and you have a great lunch or party appetizer. Enjoy!
