Et tu, Brute?

I had a lot of frozen bread in my freezer (thanks Brad), and I didn't want it to go to waste so I decided to make some croutons for Cesar Salad and the myriad of soups I love to enjoy when it's this cold outside. The whole time I was making them I felt guilty though, like the bread was looking at me saying, "You too? Isn't plain old bread good enough?". It is! You are! But there's only so much I can eat until I need to get a little creative. If it makes you feel better I would never stab you in order to take over the Senate:).

Just cut up some day-old bread into cubes, sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes. So much better than store-bought. Enjoy!
