If you're like me, when someone leaves a massive jug of cider at your house you instantly begin searching for a fun cocktail to make with it. I settled on Apple Sangria which is an easy way to give champagne the fall treatment. Add in a blanket and a fire in the backyard, and you have the makings for a fabulous Saturday afternoon. Enjoy!
Apple Sangria
1 bottle champagne
2 cups apple cider
1/2 cognac
dash of cinnamon
2 sliced apples
